There’s something about fall that just makes coffee taste better. Whether you’re team Pumpkin Spice or not even a little bit interested, Greater Moncton is full of locally owned cafés that we at BCBL Property Management think deserve some serious love. Whether you’re a landlord grabbing your morning cup on the way to a showing, or a tenant looking for a cozy corner to read, study, or sip something warm—this list is for you. 1. Café Codiac – 666 St. George Blvd, Moncton A cozy gem with a focus on high-quality, ethically sourced coffee. Their seasonal drinks are always a hit, but you can’t go wrong with a classic cappuccino either. Bonus points: it’s dog-friendly on the patio, so bring your pup! 2. Epoch Chemistry – 400 St. George St, Moncton If you’re a coffee nerd or love a more modern café vibe, Epoch Chemistry is where it’s at. This place feels like a lab—in the best way. Their drinks are art, and the atmosphere is calm, bright, and super clean. They often roll out unique fall-inspired drinks, so keep an eye on their socials. 3. Laundromat Espresso Bar – 382 St. George St, Moncton Don’t let the name fool you—this place is the definition of cool. It's a relaxed hangout spot with fantastic coffee, creative drink specials, and even live music some nights. It’s ideal for catching up with a friend or escaping the house for a few hours. 4. Café Clementine – 62 Weldon St, Moncton (Inside the Aberdeen Cultural Centre) One of the most charming little spots around. Think: fresh croissants, fall apple tarts, and a warm latte to go with it. It feels like stepping into a European café, and it’s just tucked away enough to feel like a secret. 5. Café Archibald – 221 Belliveau Ave, Shediac & Dieppe Locations Known for their delicious crepes and cozy atmosphere, Café Archibald is the perfect weekend brunch spot. Their fall menu is always full of sweet and savoury goodness, and their coffee never disappoints. Why We Support Local At BCBL, we believe local matters. These coffee shops aren’t just great places to grab a drink—they’re run by hardworking folks who care about our community just like we do. Supporting local businesses keeps our neighbourhoods vibrant and connected, and honestly, the coffee’s just better. So—What’s Your Fall Go-To? Whether it’s a cinnamon latte, an oat milk chai, or a plain old black coffee, we hope you try somewhere new this season. Tag us on Instagram if you do—we’d love to see where you’re sipping from. At BCBL Property Management, we’re not shy about it, we love our pet renters. Whether your dog is a couch potato, trail explorer, or patio socialite, there are plenty of places in Greater Moncton where they’re just as welcome as you are. If you're new to the area or just looking for some new spots to sniff out, we’ve rounded up some of our favourite dog-friendly locations across Greater Moncton. 1. Centennial Dog Park – Moncton This fully fenced off-leash park in Moncton’s Centennial Park is a go-to for local dog parents. There are separate areas for large and small dogs, lots of space to run, and plenty of shade. Bring a ball and prepare for tail wags. Bonus: You can walk the nearby trails afterward for a cool-down on-leash adventure. 2. Dobson Trail – Riverview If your pup loves the great outdoors, the Dobson Trail is perfect for long, peaceful walks through the woods. It's leashed-only, but it stretches for kilometres and offers tons of sights and sniffs along the way. 3. Riverfront Trail – Moncton, Dieppe, Riverview This is a favourite for both humans and dogs. You can start pretty much anywhere—from downtown Moncton to behind the chocolate river sign in Riverview—and enjoy paved, flat trails along the river. It’s perfect for a leisurely stroll, a jog, or a full family outing with the pup in tow. 4. SkyZone Bark Park – Dieppe Located behind Dieppe’s Aquatic & Sports Centre, this fully fenced dog park is great for off-leash play. There are benches for humans, water bowls in the warmer months, and lots of room to socialize with other local dogs. 5. Caledonia Trails – Dieppe Looking for a quiet trail where your dog can stretch their legs (on leash) and you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings? Caledonia Trails offer a more relaxed setting with less foot traffic than some of the bigger trail systems. 6. Dog-Friendly Patios & Cafés Greater Moncton is becoming more and more welcoming to pets—even at restaurants. Here are a few patios that have been known to roll out the water bowls and welcome your furry dining companion: Pump House Brewpub (Moncton) Café Codiac (Moncton) Black Rabbit (Moncton – call ahead just in case!) The Third Glass (Downtown Riverview) Many patios around town are becoming more pet-friendly, especially in the warmer months. We always recommend giving them a quick call or check online to confirm the dog policy before you go. A Few Quick Tips for Pet Parents in Rentals: Make sure your unit is pet-friendly before moving in (we’re happy to help with that!) Keep common areas clean and always pick up after your pet Barking and noise levels matter—your neighbours will appreciate the quiet If you're ever unsure about your pet and your lease, just reach out. We want you (and your pup) to feel at home We love seeing happy pets in happy homes. Whether you're chasing tennis balls at the park or strolling downtown with your best friend, Greater Moncton is full of places where your pup is part of the community too. If you’re looking for a pet-friendly rental, we’re always happy to show you what’s available. The dog days are looking pretty good around here. BCBL Property Management Locally owned.
